Observations: Weight gain again. But, still 3.4 lb loss. My blood sugar hit a natural 166 low! Yes, there's hope! I tried the Coconut Crust Pizza this time. I liked it a lot better than the Cauliflower Crust Pizza. But, the kids said they also like the Cauliflower Crust too! Movie night and the Pork Rinds still work well as a snack for me!
