Observations: Gain .4. Still 4.4 lbs lost. It might seem like I'm fanatical about weight numbers because I'm weighing myself everyday. But I'm just charting everything to the detail so, I can see variables. This slight weight gain is normal, because there are so many different factors in weight gain. Hormones, water weight, unexpelled fecal matter, etc. What matters is the weight loss in the long run.
I tried these new new carb noodles; Dreamfield brand. I was so pleased! They tasted just like regular noodles and my 2 hour after meal blood sugar only went up 3 points!!! Look how nice my blood sugar is staying in a consistant stable range! I know it's still high, but I'm not all over the place with high's and lows!
