Observations: Gain of .4 lbs. Still total of 4.0 lbs. I realized I haven't coughed for days. My whole family seems to have finally got rid of this nasty coughing and nasal congestion. Yeah!
My family loved the bacon wrapped Meat Muffins and surprisingly the Cheesy Cauli Grits!
I've tried Mashed Cauliflower as a Mashed Potato substitute before and hated it. So, I was a little worried about this recipe. I don't know if it was because it was called grits instead of potatoes, or if was because of all the butter and cream in it, but it was...delish!
And notice...my blood sugar was under 200 all day!!!
