Observations: Lost .2 lbs. Total 3.6 lbs lost. Another day of all below 200! And a new natural low of 157! I really don't care for all the soybean oil that's in mayo and salad dressings, so I made the Coconut Mayonaise and it got the aproval from my husband who is a mayo fanactic! He has to have several jars of mayo in the house to make sure he doesn't run out. And he hates the taste of Miracle Whip. So, when he said he liked this mayonaise, I was impressed!
Then I made the super fast hamburger buns. They were great! My husband liked them too!
