Observations: 4.8 lbs lost in 5 days! Even though my blood sugar is still high, I've noticed it is coming down very nicely and keeping pretty stable. Unlike it does with insulin as your source of stablizer. Teenagers really like the Beef Stroganoff.

Observations: No weight change. Still 3.4 lbs total lost.  In church, I took the smallest piece of bread I could find from the sacrament tray. It still spiked up by blood sugar!
I felt like I needed a snack tonight. So, I had some Pork Rinds. They sure hit the spot for a crunchy, salty snack. I just have to try and not think about what they are made from!

Observations: Lost -3.4 lbs total in three days! I slept through out the night without getting up to pee! I don't know what that is all about? Irritated bladder? Allergies? Some say, "It's just old age!" But, I still the same age!!! The interesting thing is when I eat Raw Vegan, the same thing happens, I sleep through the night. Maybe, it has to do with carbs! Do carbs irritate the bladder? Do carbs cause allergy reactions? What ever it is I'm glad its gone!
Hip pain gone, Left leg numbness decreased. Less and less coughing and nasal congestion.
Chili over zucchini noodles were great! But Shrimp Scampi over zucchini noodles put me in heaven! I love my World Cuisine Spiral Slicer! Zucchini's are very low in carbs and make great pasta. I got mine on Amazon.

Observations: I Lost 1.4 lbs, total 2.4 lbs in 2 days. I only got up once to pee last night. Which was major for me and helped me have a better quality of sleep. One bout of diarrhea mid-day again. Everyone in the family loved the Cauliflower Crust Pizza. The little ones had 3 slices and the teenagers said they liked it, but requested I not tell them what was in it. Wow, I don't think they trust me! Movie night had pork rinds and water. Worked for me!
I was able to freeze some pizza and hot wings for fast meals. (My strategy to have low-carb on hand, so I won't give into bad food because I'm in a hurry!)

Observations: One whole pound dropped! Less morning nasal and throat mucus, less coughing. One bout of Diarrhea, mid-day. Trying to get rid of left-over liver and onions in my omelet. Not recommended! The Chili turned out really good. I was going to freeze some for fast individual meals, but my family liked it so much they ate all but 2 cups! The chili also made the omelet go done easier!

Observations: Was nice to eat bacon and eggs again, yum! Still a little nervous with all the fat, but have high hopes this will work. Coconut gravy turned out really nice... delish! My blood sugar is normally higher by the end of the day. Nice to see a 30 point drop. What I really love is how full and satisfied I am for hours!

Before I started: During the past week my blood sugar has been ranging in the high 300's and mid 400's.
Other problems I've been having: Neck and upper back pain. Left stiff shoulder and pain for 1 year. Right stiff shoulder and pain for last 6 months. Sometimes my shoulder pain wakes me up at night from the pain. I'm very sore and stiff in morning. It takes me a long time to get up and going. Up every 2 hours to pee every night. I'm very tired every morning. Left side numbness on upper lip, eye, cheek, ear, 3 fingers, leg and feet; residual from last stroke on 01-04-2012. Left hip pain. During Last month, nasal congestion and coughing. Also during last month, started menopause symptoms of major hot flashes. No period since 11-12-11.
