Observations: One whole pound dropped! Less morning nasal and throat mucus, less coughing. One bout of Diarrhea, mid-day. Trying to get rid of left-over liver and onions in my omelet. Not recommended! The Chili turned out really good. I was going to freeze some for fast individual meals, but my family liked it so much they ate all but 2 cups! The chili also made the omelet go done easier!
