Dinner 1/2 cup mixture of sausage, cauliflower rice, coconut gravy
Snack 4 slices deli turkey, 2 oz ham

Daily Totals: Calorie 1513, Carbs 35, Fat 117, Protein 86
Observations: Was nice to eat bacon and eggs again, yum! Still a little nervous with all the fat, but have high hopes this will work. Coconut gravy turned out really nice... delish! My blood sugar is normally higher by the end of the day. Nice to see a 30 point drop. What I really love is how full and satisfied I am for hours!
Before I started: During the past week my blood sugar has been ranging in the high 300's and mid 400's.
Other problems I've been having: Neck and upper back pain. Left stiff shoulder and pain for 1 year. Right stiff shoulder and pain for last 6 months. Sometimes my shoulder pain wakes me up at night from the pain. I'm very sore and stiff in morning. It takes me a long time to get up and going. Up every 2 hours to pee every night. I'm very tired every morning. Left side numbness on upper lip, eye, cheek, ear, 3 fingers, leg and feet; residual from last stroke on 01-04-2012. Left hip pain. During Last month, nasal congestion and coughing. Also during last month, started menopause symptoms of major hot flashes. No period since 11-12-11.
