7:35 am 233 Blood Sugar
11:26am  207 Blood Sugar  4 eggs, 5 bacon
3:23 pm  193 Blood Sugar  2 paprika chicken thighs

8:30 pm Beef Stroganoff and Cauli "Rice"
11:50 pm  190 Blood Sugar
Observations: 4.8 lbs lost in 5 days! Even though my blood sugar is still high, I've noticed it is coming down very nicely and keeping pretty stable. Unlike it does with insulin as your source of stablizer. Teenagers really like the Beef Stroganoff.
