Observations: I Lost 1.4 lbs, total 2.4 lbs in 2 days. I only got up once to pee last night. Which was major for me and helped me have a better quality of sleep. One bout of diarrhea mid-day again. Everyone in the family loved the Cauliflower Crust Pizza. The little ones had 3 slices and the teenagers said they liked it, but requested I not tell them what was in it. Wow, I don't think they trust me! Movie night had pork rinds and water. Worked for me!
I was able to freeze some pizza and hot wings for fast meals. (My strategy to have low-carb on hand, so I won't give into bad food because I'm in a hurry!)
