1:15 pm small piece of whole wheat bread for sacrament
2:15 pm 234 Blood Sugar

Observations: No weight change. Still 3.4 lbs total lost.  In church, I took the smallest piece of bread I could find from the sacrament tray. It still spiked up by blood sugar!
I felt like I needed a snack tonight. So, I had some Pork Rinds. They sure hit the spot for a crunchy, salty snack. I just have to try and not think about what they are made from!
